Kiah Lawson, a former boyfriend of prominent Portland real estate developer and political fundraiser Terry Bean, was arrested last night in Portland.

Lawson, 25, was arrested in connection with the same alleged crimes that prompted Portland police to arrest Bean yesterday: allegations of sodomy in the third degree and sexual abuse of a 15-year-old boy in Lane County last year.

Lawson and Bean's tempestuous relationship, which included mutual restraining orders and Bean's allegation that the younger man tried to extort money from him, led a WW cover story earlier this year. As WW reported, Bean went to the Multnomah County District Attorney seeking an investigation of Lawson and his allies. But in the end, that investigation uncovered Bean and Lawson's alleged crimes.

Lawson's arrest was first reported by The Oregonian. 

Bean and Lawson will be arraigned in Lane County, where the alleged crimes took place.

Terry Bean, a Portland power player in national Democratic politics and the gay rights movement, was arrested today on charges of sex abuse in a case involving a 15-year-old boy.

Police arrested Bean, 66, and booked him at the Multnomah County Detention Center this morning. 

Law enforcement sources familiar with the case say Bean will be charged with two counts of sodomy in the third degree, a felony, and sex abuse in the third degree, a misdemeanor. He will be arraigned later in Lane County, where the crimes allegedly occurred in 2013.

The arrest comes after a five-month investigation that began with WW's reporting about allegations of secret video recordings of men having sex in Bean's bedroom.  As WW reported in June, Bean went to the police soon after WW began asking questions,  telling them that he was a victim of an extortion plot by a former lover, Kiah Lawson. WW's story revealed, among other things, that months before, Bean sought to keep the allegations about the video recordings quiet and tried to reach a $40,000 settlement with Lawson. 

Lawson told WW that early this year he had discovered a hidden camera in a smoke detector above Bean's bed. Lawson claimed he was in more than one video that was made without his knowledge, and that video recording also captured at least a half dozen men “in a state of nudity engaged in intimate acts with [Bean].”

At the time, Bean’s attorney, Kristen Winemiller, denied the camera had been used for any illegal or improper purpose, and that it had been installed because Bean had been the victim of theft. Winemiller said Lawson was extorting Bean. 

“Terry made the mistake of falling for the wrong man,” Winemiller said in June. “Since that mistake, Terry has been the victim of a ring of men who have broken into his homes, stolen money and personal property and tried to extort money from him by threatening his sterling public reputation.” 

Winemiller said then that police should focus of Bean’s accusers. “We are confident," she toldWW, "that investigators will uncover the full depth of what has been done to Mr. Bean."

Yet the investigation—directed by the Clackamas County District Attorney's office—shifted to Bean himself and led to today’s arrest.

Bean made millions as a real estate developer and used his wealth to promote political causes, primarily gay rights. He is a founder of the Human Rights Campaign, the nation’s leading gay-rights organization and has given more than $1 million to the group.

He has also been a central figure in national Democratic politics. As WW reported in June: “No Oregonian has raised more money for President Barack Obama. At a 2009 Human Rights Campaign dinner, Obama called Bean a ‘great friend and supporter.’ The president in 2012 hosted Bean on Air Force One, and when Obama visits Oregon, Bean has had the honor of greeting him as the president gets off his plane.” 

Bean's attorney was not immediately available for comment.

Was Director of European Human Rights Foundation a Paedophile?

Peter Ashman, who died earlier this year, has been described as a "lawyer and activist whose work on human rights helped lead to the decriminalisation of homosexuality across Europe." That's according to his obituary in the Guardian, a left-wing and heavily pro-LGBT newspaper.



A more truthful account is that he was a fanatic who devoted his career to campaigning for legalized paedophilia. 
Ashman started his activist career as a member of the Gay Liberation Front and the Campaign for Homosexual Equality, both of which included in their agenda the abolition of all ages of consent for sexual relations. Both organizations had many members in common with the notorious Paedophile Information Exchange, (PIE), which campaigned for the so-called "rights" of paedophiles to molest children of any age, even babies. Members of PIE have been convicted over and over again of serious child abuse offences, including assault, rape and making or distributing child pornography.  On September 25^th 1976, Ashman wrote an angry letter to the Guardian newspaper complaining about the criticism of CHE for endorsing PIE and allowing it to campaign at its conference. Ashman demanded to see evidence that sex or deviant relations between adults and children had ever done any harm to anybody, and denounced those who disapproved of paedophilia for “prejudice, ignorance and bigotry”. 

In 1978, Ashman "was contacted by the Dutch gay rights group, COC, to discuss setting up an international gay rights association. It was agreed to hold a meeting in the margins of CHE’s annual conference in Coventry in August 1978. Activists from 14 countries attended. The group split into two working parties, one to formulate the broad aims of the organisation, chaired by the late Janherman Veenker of the Netherlands, the other, chaired by Peter, to set out how it would work and develop a list of political actions. It was typical of his quiet effectiveness that his working party emerged at the end of the day with a workable operating structure, and an extensive and concrete list of actions. The latter included far-seeing campaigns that were to become the standard fare of international advocacy work for LGBT rights in the next decades".

What is does not admit is that COC is a paedophile group. COC NEDERLAND is a Dutch organization for LGBT men and women. COC originally stood for Cultuur en Ontspanningscentrum (Center for Culture and Leisure), which was intended as a “cover” name for its real purpose, which is to promote homosexuality and paedophilia. It is quite open about this and working with other homosexual organizations it has succeeded in getting the age of consent in the Netherlands lowered to 12. This makes it very difficult for police to take action against the child prostitution business that flourishes in Holland. COC gets public funding and is allowed to teach classes to children in schools, promoting homosexuality and encouraging underage sex.
 COC has publicly stated: "The liberation of paedophilia must be viewed as a gay issue . . . [and that] ages of consent should therefore be abolished . . . by acknowledging the affinity between homosexuality and pedophilia, the COC has quite possible made it easier for homosexual adults to become more sensitive to the erotic desires of younger members of their sex, thereby broadening gay identity.”
        In England, Ashman was one of the handful of homosexuals who set up Stonewall, the group that campaigned to lower the age of consent for male homosexuals from 21 to 16, and to legalize the active promotion of homosexuality in schools. The group is now targeting even the under-5s with its propaganda.
       Ashman was one of the lawyers who set up the European Human Rights Foundation, under the auspices of the European Union. In 1992 he became its director, earning a colossal salary and persuading the EU to allocate tens of millions of euros to promoting the LGBT agenda even in countries whose own national parliaments opposed it, regarding it as against their religious belief and culture. Member states from Ireland to Croatia have been bribed or pressurized to adopt LGBT legislation, if they want to remain in the EU. The EHRF and its "gay" rights office even funds the lobbying of foreign nations not in the EU . It gives large subsidies to LGBT groups working all over the world to spread false propaganda while promoting vice and disease.
 Ashman openly encouraged people to enter bogus marriages in order to get residency rights in the UK, and thought that this was justified if the purpose was to enable a foreign homosexual to evade immigration regulations. In one case he acted as "best man" for such a bogus wedding". In another case he helped a man called Robert Weeks abscond from an open prison and flee abroad. Ashman organized suitable documents for Weeks, who had a long list of convictions for burglary, assault, unlawful possession of firearms, and attacking hostel wardens with knives.
     So Ashman's approach to being a lawyer was unorthodox. And it seems his private life was unorthodox too. For many years Ashman took regular holidays in Bankok, and rumour has it that he was attracted to the permissive lifestyle in Thailand where the availability of young boys is unrivalled. At the age of 57, Ashman suddenly acquired a civil partner, a pretty young man named Poramate Jitsopas, from Bangkok.

 

Poromate is about forty years younger than Ashman. Did the "human rights" lawyer practice what he preached? It certainly looks like it.

Child Bought by Homosexuals Speaks out against Same-sex Marriage and Adoption

[From English Manif website] In this edition of La Joie de Vivre, I present a translation of a manifesto written by a teenage boy in Europe, who was conceived through an illegal transaction between a homosexual man and a surrogate mother. 
The boy goes by the name of Manuel Half. To protect him I have scrubbed any references to his real name, his city, his language, or his nation. One day, I am sure, he will come forward and speak publicly. But for now, he is vulnerable and must finish school without dealing with the backlash from LGBT militants and his controlling homosexual father.
He wrote to me upon the recommendation of Hommen, the radical children's rights movement, composed entirely of young men, which arose in response to Femmen and against homosexual adoption in France. Since its inception, Hommen spread quickly to other nations. 

Manuel Half has been struggling painfully with his home situation, for he feels deep anger at his homosexual father for buying him, for erasing the role of his mother, and exposing him to homosexuality in the home, which Manuel feels compromised his masculinity and caused confusion in him. As his manifesto explains, he had a breakdown one night and did an internet search on his computer, looking for resources for disenchanted children of homosexual surrogacy contracts.
He found Hommen and was immediately lured by the courage and idealism of the young men's movement, which he correctly viewed as pro-children's rights rather than "anti-gay." But Hommen has a strict rule that males must be twenty years old before joining their group, so someone in the organization forwarded Manuel Half to me for mentorship and help. 

When Manuel contacted me, I wanted to help him but felt fearful of his father's backlash. Like other children of same-sex couples who have contacted me, he is torn between self-preservation and self-expression. This is the dilemma that children of gays and lesbians can understand better than anybody else: Having been, so often, groomed explicitly for the purpose of vindicating our parents against their own sense of inadequacy, we learn that our whole reason for being is to protect the people who raised us from judgment and criticism. The rage and resentment we feel is something that years of emotional blackmail have usually taught us to suppress and modulate. It is crucial to choose the right time to come forward and declare one's independence from the homosexual ideology that framed and dictated our psychological relationship to the world around us.

In communicating with Manuel Half, I found that he poses a particularly difficult case. While my counsel is usually to stay away from the public eye, to avoid the wrath of homosexual extremists and one's own parents, I realize that he is different from other children of same-sex couples I've come into contact with. He does not want to wait. He is not content with having me protest on his behalf. He feels the urge to come out of the closet with his true feelings, and fight for the rights of other children not to be created in the kind of bondage he has known.

He reminds me in many ways of my mother, the daring Puerto Rican lesbian who would not be told how to live back in the late 1960s. Manuel is not a person who can live in silence, in a closet, or inside lies. But as a means of compromise, to keep him from exposing himself to too much hurt, others and I have convinced him to accept at least, the "mask" of a pseudonym and cautious internet anonymity. 

I know that for him, to keep his feelings at bay and not leap into the fray alongside Hommen, publicly denouncing the wrongs he has experienced, is a heroic act of restraint on his part. It takes courage, sometimes, not to be too courageous. And so, in honor of him, to pay homage to the strength he has in living through his torment without exploding, I have translated his manifesto below. I invite you to read it.

It is an October evening.
There you are, along with me and my dread of hearing you scream at the computer, as you are prone to do.
Against the the TV and the radio too. You do it all the time.
It changes you, the anger, when it surges. The anger when people do not listen. The people, they are something else -- they are all wicked, you say, those who want to hold your head under the water.

The air is hot outside, and it is hot inside. Inside and out it is hot, for it is October in ----------------. The sound of something flung close by, in your rage, upon the ground, I hear it. In fury you shout and you stomp around and you curse your own hide.
People are wicked you say, yet they obey. And you shield yourself with you and your jokes, which you have turned into poison darts.

I asked you nothing. You replied only to my face, which has always been waiting for this. They are bastards, you chanted and repeated, just in the time that you fled to your room.
This was enough for me. But then, changing gears, you explained to me the meaning of my life. I listened to you, sitting down, and you, shrugging, were speaking in rapid-fire bursts, shooting at air targets with your arms.
People are wicked, you scream, those people who say you are not equal. Those whose love they say your love cannot equal. Those who say your boyfriend is worth less, and those for whom even less your son is worth.

People do not understand a homosexual father. Because of this, you make me call you by your name. It's more practical, more plausible. Maybe, by calling you Papa, some feeling would be kindled inside me.

But it's good night, and then that is enough, and off you went to bed.

What now? I turn on my portable radio, which I use to block out your screams.
I cannot sleep. I cannot sleep.

You were screaming at your PC. I move the mouse and away goes my face, which I use as a screensaver. There -- because of your scream, it appeared on the screen. I block myself off, focusing only on what I have found on the net: that logo, those colors, twenty seconds, adrenaline, which fix everything in my mind, and I turn around the room, on that October night, in ------------. So it goes all night.

The name I find is new, men of a new world, as new as the thoughts and the words brandished. Eager, as one who jumps and grabs at banknotes falling from the heaven in the millions, I save as many words as possible. This drive to know, to know all, cannot be quenched.
And that is how I spent the night, watching them -(The Hommen)- proud and strong, unstoppable warriors. White masks to wear, all of them, as they strut in the street. You fighters give me the will that did not exist before, the will that wasn't in me yet. Defenders of the future, as nobody like you has understood, you go to the source, to try to cover the poison wells.
And where the others, for defense, build up holy and true words, you go for the attack, to stop the bloodletting by the destroyers. And there I go with you, me too. As a warrior in the face of his wounded father.

And there--I meet my father! To call out his crimes! He is small and lisping, clawing and clinging to the man he is not.
I say to him: Your invented world stands firm on a foundation of lies: And if you only lie and if you only lie more still, you will array that world of slaves and slavery, with painted and glittering shackles. I am not, and am, only your trophy to piece together and take apart again, to show and hide as it suits you. Police Brutalities Against Dissidents in France continue

The French pro-family movement continues to demonstrate and protest agasint the Loi Taubira in towns and cities across France.
The government is sending out an army of police to c rack down on them every time and the police are using violence to suppress lawful opposition.



This is a violation of Human Rights, Write to your MEPs and protest strongly. Tell Manuel Valls, the French minister for the interior, that this is illegal and must stop.

Disgusting Acts of Violence by Homo-Extremists in France

The homo-extremist group calling itself ActUp has carried out a series of violent attacks in towns across France, vandalizing churches and attacking Christians.



In the latest incident at Toulouse, these fanatics attacked the church of Saint-Pierre-des-Chartreux while a conference of young Catholics was being held there. They shouted, smashed windows and sprayed red paint as well as scattering abusive leaflets denouncing all those who resist their agenda.

ActUp claimed this was a "protest" against the pro-family La Manif Pour Tous movement, which they slanderously accuse of being "violent"  (they are unable to see the irony).  La Manif Pour tous has never carried out or advocated any violence, but simply defends the rights of children and the true natural meaning of marriage.
The diocese of Toulouse continues to hold the conference and is ignoring intimidation. So far police have not arrested any of the vandals.
Pierre-Emmanuel Desmaizières commented, "The hatred here is coming from the LGBT activists. They falsely accused La Manif Pour Tous of being responsible for a "homophobic" attack in Paris. This incident reveals the delusions and the manipulative ploys of the LGBT movement."

Gender Madness Causes Tragic Death in Belgium. "Felt Like a Monster".

People who think they are "born in the wrong body" and cannot accept their birth sex are mentally ill. They don't need "rights" they need psychiatric treatment, and that is what they ought to get.
If they don't get it, they are likely to carry out acts of self-harm, which is after all one of the basic definitions of insanity.
Belgium has followed other Western European countries down the foolish path of introducing legal recognition for sex-changed people and the LGBT lobby has followed it up with an increasingly strident demand to stamp out "transphobia". But this is all lies. Nobody is "born in the wrong body". A conviction that you are "really" other than you are is a personality disorder. You cannot have a brain that is a different sex from the body it is in. It is a delusion  - an obsession - which is a form of insanity.
     So-called sex-change operations are only superficial. The chromosomes you are conceived with are either XX or XY.  These are in every cell of the body, including every brain cell. Removing male organs does not make you a woman as you can never grow a womb or ovaries inside. Removing breasts and sticking extra tissue onto your labia to imitate a "penis" does not make you a man. Even if you remove your uterus, you will never have the working testicles and fertility of a male. So-called transsexuals have to go on taking artificial hormones for the rest of their lives to change their body hair, and the distribution of fat. But they end up no sex at all, just a bundle of fakery held together by pills and make-up.
     Nancy Verhelst, born a woman in Belgium, was obsessed with the idea of becoming a man. She had a series of sex-change operations. She got legally recognized as a man and took the name of Nathan at the age of 42...but was never satisfied with the result. After her last operation she said she "felt like a monster".
    Don't condemn Nancy. Dr Michael Brown has researched the case and found that Nancy/Nathan was the product of a disturbed upbringing. Her mother had really wanted a boy and was deeply disappointed that Nancy was a girl. She brought Nancy up feeling that she was a failure for being female, and never even pretended to love her. When Nancy died, her mother did not even express any remorse or regret.
   After her repeated operations, Nancy was in such despair that she decided she no longer wanted to live. Dr Wim Distlemans then at her request gave her a lethal injection. Euthanasia is legal in Belgium but is completely against medical ethics. Wims argued that it was justified by her extreme psychological torment and lack of wish to live, but it was a disgraceful collaboration in murder.
     THIS WOMAN NEEDED PSYCHIATRIC HELP. SHE SHOULD HAVE BEEN TREATED AS A MENTAL PATIENT.
      Write to your MP and MEPs now and protest against the transsexual agenda being pursued, indulged or paid for in any country.
It is shocking that nowadays the costs of all this crazy nonsense are forced onto the tax-payer.

French President Moves to Take control of Ethics Watchdog

In a move of crude dictatorship, President Hollande of France has announced that he will be replacing 16 members of the Comité Consultaif National d'Éthique (National Council of Ethics) as advisory body that could have a decisive effect on the way the Loi Taubira is enforced.
The CCNE is the body that needs to be consulted about state provision of surrogacy services for same-sex couples who demand to have children as their "right".
On 22nd September Hollande declared his intention to simply sack 16 leading members who are too conservative or religious to vote for his policies. It is blatant tyranny and there has been an outbreak of violent protest on the streets of Paris and several others  cities today:-

New Proof that LMPT was not responsible for violent attack

The French police have confirmed again that the pro-marriage movement La Manif Pour Tous was not involved or implicated in any way with the attack on a homosexual man in Paris last April.
   Posters all over Paris slandered the morality movement as killers when Wilfred Brujin was attacked in the street. LGBT militant websites such as "Pink News" repeated the lies and spread them across the internet with insulting headlines.
     

But French police confirm that they have charged four young men aged 17-19 with the crime, and it was nothing at all to do with the pro-family movement. The crime was just an ordinary mugging

A Homosexual intellectual Strongly Opposes Same-Sex Adoption

Pascal, a 46-year-old French marketing director who is an open homosexual. speaks out strongly for the rights of children as upheld by La Manif Pour Tous.
Despite being a homosexual, he does not approve of same-sex marriage and is content with the laws on civil partnership. He says that it horrifies him to see how same-sex marriage leads to the trade in human beings, with children being deliberately bred by surrogate mothers for payment. It utterly degrades the child, the mother and the notion of parenthood...
Pascal says that he understands why people want children but he also acknowledges that having no children gives him freedom and financial advantages. This should be remembered when you talk of equality.

Slanders Against French Pro-Family Movement Refuted

In Paris in early April two men, Wilfried and Olivier, were attacked by strangers in the street and one of them suffered severe face injuries.

Wilfried Brujin was quick to publish his injuries on social media where he said that he was homosexual and that he suspected he had been attacked by "homophobes" who were angry about the redefinition of marriage. Within days, this story and the picture had been copied to all the left-wing papers and websites, and LGBT magazines were circulating it with slanderous allegations that the pro-family movement was responsible.The notoriously unreliable website "Pink News" circulated the story branding the pro-family campaigners as "fascists" etc etc etc

   These allegations have now been shown to be complete lies.  The incident was a straightforward mugging. The police have identified the attackers, and it seems they had no connection at all with any pro-family movement. Their motives were not political and they did not know or care if their victims were homosexual.

This is typical of the way that the LGBT movement operates and even when their lies are exposed, they will not withdraw them or admit the truth.

At the same time, the LGBT press has made a martyr of a young thug named Clement Meric, who died after head injuries in a scuffle outside a railway station. CCTV cameras showed that Meric had been the aggressor, throwing himself on unarmed demonstrators and trying to provoke a fight. It was proved after his death that not only had he gone to the demonstration armed but he had been admitted to hospital one month earlier for injuries in another street battle!

Homosexual "marriage" Leads to Shameful Human Trafficking

Brave New World? Hardly.
The laws on same-sex "marriage" and adoption have created a sordid market in babies, where the child is sold to the highest bidder. It is not in any way melodramatic to compare this to slave-auctions.
A 34-year-old woman in Vendome, central France agreed with a male homosexual couple to give birth to a child for one of them. She was not a "surrogate mother" because the egg was her own. She agreed to SELL her own child for 15,000 euros and give it for adoption to two strange (very strange) men. They paid her a deposit of 9,000 euros.
After becoming pregnant by IVF, she gave birth to a little girl and decided to sell it to another couple, who paid her 15,000 euros. She told the first couple that the baby had died.
Subsequently, she got pregnant again and offered the second baby to the homosexual couple. They seem to have discovered from the clinic at Blois that the first child was not dead, and opened a court case against her for breach of contract.
But can the court enforce a contract that is in itself illegal, despicable and corrupt? To buy and sell children, your own or anybody else's, is against the laws on slavery and human trafficking And it should and must remain so always, everywhere. Queers seem to think they are above the law.
They deserve no sympathy, as those who make an immoral contract cannot complain when the contract is broken. Those whose own dealings are unethical cannot expect ethical behaviour from other people.

The LGBT movement has undermined morality and labelled it "bigotry". It has attacked and ridiculed all normal standards of social and ethical behaviour applying its own stupid terms such as "homophobia" instead. So why should they expect anyone to keep the moral laws against lying and cheating? If morality is bigotry, it serves them right. 

A recent case in America exposed two homosexual men who had bought a child from its mother in Russia and adopted him then used him for systematic homosexual abuse and making pornographic films. He was aged 2-6 when this happened.

The brave new world of same-sex "marriage" is a nightmare. Everything about it is shameful.
