The banner reads: "Too many unemployed? The solution is to get the police to count them!"
It's a reference to the 3.3 million unemployed people in France under its socialist government, and the ludicrous under-estimates given by police of the numbers of people who attended the massive La Manif Pour Tous demonstrations in Paris last weekend and last month.
Hollande is unpopular.
His economic policies have failed. His "gay" marriage experiment is detested. His ministers are despised.
France could be on the edge of a new revolution.
